This shift in my listening approach, and slowly getting more educated on / acquainted with soundstage and instrument separation have generally made me a more attentive listener. I've pretty much moved all my work/mobile listening over to Spotify streaming at highest quality, and then have my home setup for in-depth listening. I have a highly curated 30,000+ iTunes library that's been somewhat ignored since moving to this new setup (I even moved the whole library to my NAS to free up disk space for FLAC collecting). Headphones: HiFiMan HE-400s (velour pads) Source Files: FLAC (all minimum 16 bit/44.1 Khz) I recently upgraded my headphone setup to what I consider entry-level audiophile status. Been a longtime lurker and friends have been little help on this front, so turning to the r/Audiophile community for input and advice.
